Tweezers are very cheap but it is time consuming and there is a risk of ingrown hair. The hair often grows back thicker and darker.
Shaving of course is cheap and quick. However, there is the risk of cuts and nicks to the skin unless you use an electric shaver. This method causes some inconvenience due to the regularity with which it has to be done.
