Olax the Wise
Olax the Wise was an amiable fellow, although he was considered boorish and repugnant by some, as well as dimwitted, slow, and stupid.
One day while Olax stuffed his flat face full of donuts at the local donut shop, he found himself subjected to public ridicule and scorn.
"Who is that flat faced swine?" asked the donut shop owner.
"That is Olax, who is called Wise," said the donut maid, "he eats donuts here on a daily basis."
"Not only is he stuffing donuts into himself like a gluttonous pig, but he sounds like some corpulent swine in a barnyard!"
"He must have inhaled a another donut," said the donut maid, "it happens all the time!"
"Now see here!" shouted the donut shop owner, "Please do not swill your food like an uncouth barnyard swine! After all, you are dining among ladies and gentlemen."
"My name is Olax." said Olax the Wise, who was unable just then to come up with a more suitable reply.
"Listen Olax," said the donut shop owner,"or whatever the hell your name is, if I looked as stupid as you do, I wouldn't open up my mouth to confirm it."
"My name," said poor Olax, "is Olax."
"Why you stupid flat faced swine!" roared the donut shop owner, "get your stupid, flat, ugly, swine face out of my donut shop, and don't ever come back!"
"My name," said Olax quietly to himself, "is Olax the Wise."
